Responsibility for Packages in Transit
While we take great care in processing and shipping your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are handed over to the carrier. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer upon shipment. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Once your order ships, responsibility for delays, loss, or damage lies with the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing claims with the carrier if necessary.

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.


Optional Insurance Coverage
For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. By selecting insurance, your package will be covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If an insured package encounters an issue, please contact us directly, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim with the insurer.


No Insurance, Buyer Assumes Risk
If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept the risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit. In such cases, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacement for affected packages.

Customer Obligations
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Golden Panda TCG is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with address changes after the order has been shipped.
